Turkey's largest media company Dogan Yayin Holding AS (DYHOL.IS) said Friday the country's top administrative court, the Council of State has ruled in favor of a demand to cancel a provisional seizure on the company over a 862.4 million Turkish lira ($568.9 million) tax fine.



Dogan Yayin said the court has granted a motion for a stay on the provisional seizure of company assets that had been exercised by the tax office.
